- 1 cup sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups apples, chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup currants
Directions:
- Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs.
- Add applesauce, vanilla, apples, mixing well.
- Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
- Add dry ingredients and nuts to apple mixture.
- Pour batter into lightly greased and floured slow cooker pan.
- Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
- Let cake rest for 10 minutes before serving.
