Apple Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups apples, chopped
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup currants

Directions:

  • Beat together sugar, oil, and eggs.
  • Add applesauce, vanilla, apples, mixing well.
  • Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  • Add dry ingredients and nuts to apple mixture.
  • Pour batter into lightly greased and floured slow cooker pan.
  • Cover and cook on high 3 to 4 hours.
  • Let cake rest for 10 minutes before serving.
