Apple Carrot Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup shredded carrot
  • 3 (medium) unpared and diced apples
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Chill thoroughly.
  • Serve on salad greens.
