Apple Honey Shake Recipe

Recipe Summary:

Cups of Fruits and Vegetables Per Person: 1

Ingredients:
  • 1 quart chilled apple cider or juice
  • 2 cups chilled orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp grated orange rind

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients and shake to blend.
  • Pour over ice in tall glasses.
  • Garnish with mint sprig, apple slice or long peel of orange.
