Dahl Recipe
Directions:
- 500 Grams of yellow split pea.
- Soak them overnight, in cold water from the tap.
- Next morning, change the water, and leave it for an hour.
- Drain the water.
- Boil in 6 pints of water, adjust the heat so it doesn't boil over.
- Boil for 2-3 hours.
- Heat some Cumin seeds in a dry pan, untill they start jumping.
- Put them in.
- Add some hot water if you want it thinner.
- After searving, add salt for taste.
Eat with, Roti, rice, curry, or as it is :)
