Butter Paneer Masala Recipe
Ingredients (Serving for 2 to 4)
- ½ pond paneer sliced about 1" by ¼" pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 green chilly
- ¼" piece ginger
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Pinch of hing
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon red chilly powder
- 2 bay leafs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon sugar optional
