Chili-spiced Avocado Salsa with Grilled Tortillas Recipe
Viviane demos a fun, easy and super delicious avocado salsa, served with grilled tortilla wedges.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 firm ripe avocados- cut in 1/8" cubes
- Mix gently
- Leave mixture out an hour
- Brush tortilla with olive oil
- Put into a preheated grill pan
- Flatten out bubles on tortilla with a spatualla
- Let it sit for 2 minutes and then flip it
- Cut tortilla into 8 little peices
- Put mixture and tortilla into seperate bowls
- Serve and eat
