Vegetable Raita (Yogurt) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 cucumber (chopped)
- ¼ red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- Dill
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp roasted grounded cumin
- ½ black pepper
- Pinch of paprika ½ tsp of sugar (if needed)
Directions
- Remove seeds from cucumber, red bell, and tomato
- Place yogurt in bowl
- Add cucumber, red bell, and Tomato (mix well)
- Add cumin, black pepper, and dill (mix well)
- Taste if needed add sugar
