Vegetable Raita (Yogurt) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cucumber (chopped)
  • ¼ red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • Dill
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp roasted grounded cumin
  • ½ black pepper
  • Pinch of paprika ½ tsp of sugar (if needed)

Directions

  • Remove seeds from cucumber, red bell, and tomato
  • Place yogurt in bowl
  • Add cucumber, red bell, and Tomato (mix well)
  • Add cumin, black pepper, and dill (mix well)
  • Taste if needed add sugar
