Simple Southwest Fruit Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Chunky Mixed Fruits or other Del Monte® Canned Fruits, drained
1/2 cup red onion, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ½ Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tsp. (fresh or canned) seeded and chopped jalapeƱo pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes, or refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving
- Serve with tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled chicken, fish, steaks, pork or lamb chops
