Learn how to make chocolate chip pancakes with this new startcooking video. No need to buy a box of pancake mix, making delicious pancakes from scratch is easy. Follow the instructions and get the maple syrup ready. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup of white flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of white sugar
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of butter - Melted
7/8 cup of milk
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
4 tablespoons of chocolate chips
Directions:
In a medium size bowl whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and the salt.
In another bowl mix together the: melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla, (wet ingredients).
Add these wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together until just combined.
Pre-heat large non-stick frying pan for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil.
Using a ¼ cup measuring cup, scoop out the batter and pour it into the frying pan. Repeat so there are three pancakes in the pan.
Sprinkle on about 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips on each pancake. Cook the pancakes until bubbles appear on the surface and start to pop. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on the flip side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Makes six 4-inch pancakes

4 large eggs
2 zucchini, halved crosswise and cut into sticks
1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Carrot ticks, celery sticks and dill pickle spears, for serving

16 Rhodes dinner rolls

Chicken fajita mix
Directions:
First thaw the rolls and roll them in to a big dough ball. Then flatten it out in to a rectangle and place on baking sheet covered in a none stick spray. Now pre bake for 20 min when done spread with the chicken fajita mix (onions, green peppers, a little olive oil, and chicken) now spread some salsa and cheese and bake for 15 min or until the cheese is melted.

Celebrating Valentine’s Day with tempting chocolates, cookies and heart shaped cakes can be challenging on New Year’s resolutions, but now you can satisfy your sweet tooth with a little less guilt.
For anyone who likes to indulge while controlling their sugar intake, the maker’s of Pillsbury baking products, one of the biggest names in baking, recently introduced reduced sugar cake mixes and frostings. Sweetened with Splenda instead of sugar, these delicious desserts have 50 percent less sugar than regular Pillsbury cake mixes and frostings, but still have the same great taste. So, this year, you and your sweetheart can have your cake and eat it too.
“We’re excited to introduce reduced sugar cake mix and frosting,” says Maribeth Badertscher, director of corporate communications for The J.M. Smucker Company. “We strive to offer consumers a full range of choices while maintaining our commitment to quality. Now, they can enjoy the same great taste with half the sugar.”
Pillsbury offers two cake varieties to mix and match with frosting flavors. Pillsbury Moist Supreme Reduced Sugar Cake Mix is available in Classic Yellow and Devil’s Food, and Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Reduced Sugar Frosting is available in Vanilla and Chocolate Fudge. Try them alone or as part of a delicious new recipe like this one for a reduced sugar indulgence any time of the day:
Pillsbury Reduced-Sugar Zebra Biscotti
Ingredients:
Crisco No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 (18.25 oz.) Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Devils Food Cake
1/2 cup Crisco Butter Shortening
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/3 cup Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Vanilla Frosting
1/3 cup Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Preparation Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray large cookie sheet with no-stick cooking spray. Place cake mix in large mixing bowl. Melt shortening in microwave-safe bowl in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add melted shortening, eggs and water to cake mix. Stir with wooden spoon until evenly moistened. Batter will be stiff. Spray hands with no-stick cooking spray. Work dough with hands until cake mix is totally absorbed.
Divide dough in half. Shape each half into a 9x3-inch loaf on prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool on cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Cut each loaf into 3/4-inch slices. Stand upright on cookie sheet. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool 10 minutes.
Place each frosting in a separate quart-size resealable freezer bag. Close. Microwave on high for 8 seconds or just until soft. Knead gently in bag. Press frosting to one corner of bag. Cut very small opening off the corner. Drizzle each frosting over cooled biscotti to make stripes.

Roasted vegetables add flavor and nutrition to this simple pasta dish.
Ingedients:
1 peeled chopped butternut squash
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 shalet cut in to fourths
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 tbsp Olive oil
Bowtie pasta
¼ c. Grated Gouda cheese
Cherry tomatoes chopped

Directions:
In a pan place all the chopped vegetables and drizzle 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of sea salt, and balsamic vinegar. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 15 min then toss and place in oven until tender. Start boiling some water and cook the bowtie pasta. When done drain and pour back in to the same pot off the stove and add the cheese and stir. Now add the veggies and mix well. Now add the tomatoes and sage.

Ingredients:
7-9lbs bone in ham butt (shoulder)
½ c. ham glaze
1/8 c. soy sauce
Soy sauce
Apricot jelly
Directions:
First in the pan pour some apple juice in the pan just to keep it moist. Now place the pan with the ham on the grill. Bake over indirect heat at 300-350F. In a small bowl add some apricot jelly and soy sauce and mix to make the glaze. After an hour has gone by spread the glaze on the ham. Then keep basting it every half hour or so. Once the internal temperature of the ham reaches 135F let cool for about 30 min wrapped in aluminum foil. Now cut the ham and enjoy.

½ cup super fine sugar
3 egg whites.
1 tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp almond extract
6 tbsp butter
Directions:
In a large bowl add the ingredients and gently whisk them all together. Prepare a pan by coating it in cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350F, using a tbsp spread the cookies on the pan only four a pan place in oven until edges begin to brown, now form the cookie and place in a muffin pan to keep the shape. Let cool and enjoy.
