  • One frozen banana cut up
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 sprinkles of cinnamon
  • A dollup of golden syrup (or honey)

  • Put all ingredients in the blender

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Chocolarte syrup
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanialla yogurt
  • 2 cup chocolate milk
  • 1 tbs honey
  • For extra chocolate flavor add 1 tbs. cocoa powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients except the syrup and whipped cream
  • Add 1 tsp. of honey
  • Blend well
  • Put into glass put whipped cream and choclate syrup on top

Apple Honey Shake Recipe

  • 1 quart chilled apple cider or juice
