Pani PoPo (Samoan coconut rolls) Recipe


No Polynesian celebration is complete without these delicious Samoan coconut rolls made with Rhodes Frozen roll dough.

Ingredients:
18 Rhodes dough balls
Can of coconut cream
½ c. sugar

Directions:
Start by mixing the coconut cream and sugar. In a pan place the dough balls and pour the mixture on top. Now place in the oven at 350F for 30-35 min

Garlic Bread Recipe


The key to this amazing garlic bread is the secret spice mixture. Well... not such a secret any more.

Ingedients:
Garlic
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp sesame seeds
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp onion powder
4 tsp paprika
Butter
Baguette
Romano cheese

Directions:
First peal garlic cloves. Finely chop garlic, then crush the garlic with the back of a knife, then set aside. Know mix Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sea salt onion powder, paprika, and stir. Know add the garlic to the butter and mix set aside with seasoning mix. Now cut baguette into thirds and then cut thirds in half and place on a pan covered with foil. Now spread the butter mix on the bread and sprinkle the seasoning mix on and grate the Romano cheese on top. Now broil the bread for 4 min and when done enjoy.

Del Monte Organic Cheddar Corn Bread

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) Del Monte Organic Whole Kernel Golden Sweet Corn
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix
  • 1/3 cup dry non-fat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (substitute for organic)
  • 1 egg beaten (substitute for organic)
Directions:
  1. Drain corn reserving liquid; add 2/3 cup liquid to melted butter.
  2. Combine biscuit mix, dry milk and sugar
  3. Stir in corn and cheese; add liquid ingredients and egg; blend lightly
  4. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 400˚F for 25 minutes. Remove from pan immediately
